"I appreciated that the packaging was discreet and..."
I appreciated that the packaging was discreet and didn’t draw any attention. The box itself was super plain and a little underwhelming, but I guess that’s kind of the point. Overall, it arrived fine and kept things private, so I’m happy enough with it.

"Pretty decent, but I had to think twice on a few things"
I picked this up thinking it would be a simple budget-friendly option, and for the most part, it did the job. At first I was actually happy with what I got for the price, but as I went through everything, a few parts made me pause and think, “Hmm, this feels a little more expensive than it should be.” Overall, it’s not bad and I don’t regret buying it, but I wouldn’t say everything felt like a great deal either.

"Shipping was weirdly fast"
The shipping kind of confused me at first because it moved way faster than I expected. I thought I’d be waiting longer, but the order got sent out quickly and showed up early. The tracking worked fine too, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it was. Overall, happy with it and I’d probably order again if delivery keeps going like this

"Customer service that actually paid attention"
I had a little mix-up with my order, nothing huge, but one of those annoying things where you keep checking the confirmation email and wondering if you read it wrong. I messaged them thinking I’d probably be waiting around for a while.
They replied faster than I expected, fixed the issue without making it feel like a whole process, and were genuinely pleasant about it. I noticed they even got the small details right when they corrected it, which I appreciated. Simple, but it definitely makes me more likely to order again.

"Pretty good overall"
The quality seems good for the most part. I did notice one seam that felt a little rough, but overall it feels like it should hold up fine.
